Polaris Inc. is a world-renowned leader in powersports, continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation and customer satisfaction. We're seeking a seasoned District Retail Manager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional value to our consumers and dealers.

About the Role:
This high-impact position will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and dealerships to enhance market share, improve profitability, and elevate the overall customer experience. You'll leverage your expertise to build strong relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and drive industry-leading results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with powersports dealerships to drive retail growth, increase market share, and upgrade the dealer network.
  • Collaborate with dealerships to strengthen relationships, enhance retail experiences, and drive Polaris and dealer profitability.
  • Design and implement sales strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the shopping, buying, and owning cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
  • 3-5 years of field sales and retail sales or dealership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of distribution network strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, excellent customer service, and analytical abilities.
  • Able to craft strategic sales plans based on demonstrated profitability and productivity measures.

PREFERRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing).
  • Powersports Industry Knowledge.
  • Polaris business and Polaris product knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits:$120,000 - $150,000 per year
