Job Summary

Christ Health Center Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Center team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all phone inquiries regarding patient matters are received and followed up in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intercept and route incoming calls to ensure efficient communication with patients and staff.
  • Take messages as necessary or direct callers to the appropriate voicemail box.
  • Schedule patient appointments over the phone, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including active listening.
  • Typing and data entry experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Work requires the ability to lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
