- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The Call Center Representative will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential for success in this role.
Language Skills:The ability to read, write, and speak English is required. Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.
