Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and set up hemodialysis machines
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
