About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic team in Emergency and Critical Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch patient care and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Triage incoming patients and manage client interactions
  • Partner with DVMs in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
  • Obtain and process laboratory samples, including blood, urine, and fine needle aspirates
  • Utilize imaging modalities for patient assessment
  • Collaborate with on-call boarded surgeons and technicians for emergency surgical cases
Requirements:
  • Confident and skilled Veterinary Technician with experience in Emergency and Critical Care
  • Strong foundational understanding of veterinary technician responsibilities, including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, drug calculations, and medication administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
