Job Overview:

Dexian is looking for a Technical Support Associate 1 to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for technical assistance, managing and resolving inquiries through a ticketing system.
  • Employ diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and resolve fundamental technical challenges associated with hardware, software, and network infrastructures.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for intricate issues, utilizing prior experience in managing escalations.
  • Deliver technical support via phone, addressing a variety of technological and system-related concerns.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of banking terminology and systems to effectively assist with banking-related technical inquiries.
  • Collaborate with IT personnel and other departments to ensure prompt issue resolution and optimal system functionality.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions accurately within the ticketing system.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant technical experience or education in technology. Recent graduates with substantial tech internships are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
  • Experience in managing escalations or serving as an escalation point is crucial.
  • Knowledge of Cisco phone systems, VMware, and general troubleshooting methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is beneficial.
  • Ability to swiftly learn and comprehend banking terminology and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in phone support.
  • Willingness to work primarily onsite with some remote flexibility.
  • Experience with Cisco phone systems is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of VMware and related troubleshooting is a plus.
