Job Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated group of Technical Support Specialists to assist internal staff through inbound calls.

Specialists will receive comprehensive training on the company's internal systems, tools, and procedures. They will be tasked with managing a ticketing queue and assisting in troubleshooting various issues faced by employees.


Common inquiries may include:
  • Password resets
  • Server-related problems
  • VPN and connectivity issues
  • Outlook support
  • Specific application troubleshooting


The initial week will focus on compliance training, followed by a week of instructor-led virtual training. Once training is completed, specialists will transition into their assigned shifts and begin handling calls.

During this period, they will receive ongoing support from management and colleagues to address questions and provide on-the-job training until they feel confident in their roles.


Essential Skills:
  • Experience in phone support (call center, help desk, etc.)
  • Technical support skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems for documentation is preferred

Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
