IT Systems Analyst Job Description

Job Title: IT Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

Clearance Requirement: NACI

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field

Overview:
We are in search of a Systems Analyst to deliver administrative, User Experience, and technical project management assistance to our IT Project Management team. The Analyst will engage with applications utilized across various sectors of the organization. Familiarity with Google Suite, web technologies, CRM systems, and agile methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and document business requirements and technical specifications
  • Assist in application modernization and User Experience initiatives
  • Generate product documentation and perform data analysis
  • Create visual representations and dashboards
  • Facilitate product presentations and collaborative meetings
  • Propose solutions to enhance user experiences
  • Lead design workshops and develop user flows

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and documenting processes
  • Proficient in technical writing and presentation delivery
  • Ability to conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Tableau
  • Certifications in Data Analytics and Visualization
  • Experience with Analysis of Alternatives and CRM systems
  • Previous work experience with Federal Government projects
