LHC Group is seeking a highly skilled Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Milledgeville, Georgia.
About the JobThis is an ongoing employment opportunity as a Staff member.
We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The estimated annual salary for this role is around $55,000-$65,000 based on national averages and location.
Key Responsibilities- Perform treatment and provide exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being while following the established plan of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current licensed, registered, or certified status to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice.
- A current CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
