About the Role:

  • As a New Home Consultant at Lennar Homes, you will be responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, ensuring a 'tickled, delighted and happy' customer experience.
  • This includes daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing our selling philosophy.
  • Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
  • Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
  • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
  • Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools are required.
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic are must-haves.
