Twin Lakes Physical Therapy is a leading provider of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation, working directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a related field, and possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to handle a physical workload.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver personalized physical therapy programs to improve patient quality of life
  • Collaborate with patients to set and achieve goals, promoting optimal recovery and independence
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and communicate progress to patients and healthcare teams
  • Document patient care services and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration with colleagues
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
