About the Role

This is an ongoing opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with our physical therapy team to develop and implement personalized plans of care that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • They will be responsible for providing exercise instruction and patient education, as well as assisting with treatments aimed at improving patients' overall well-being.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current license to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of Georgia. A valid CPR certification is also required. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
