Human Resources Advisor

At IDR, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and management on workplace relations and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to interpret and apply policies, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, coaching, and clarification for teammate relations and policy questions.

Responsibilities will include responding to and escalating general teammate relations issues, maintaining required documentation, and resolving teammate relations issues through gathering and analyzing evidence, applying relevant laws, policies, and past practices.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of two years of HR experience with employee relations responsibility. They will also have a Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) in Human Resources certification.
