Job Title: Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Camcare Health Corporation. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility by providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients to the health center and ensure a positive first impression
  • Perform billing and bookkeeping functions, including collection of co-payments and providing receipts
  • Update insurance information and verify patient eligibility
  • Schedule return appointments and print lab orders as needed
  • Obtain consent for medical treatment and release of medical records
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • 1 year of health insurance verification experience (desired)
