About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Bisco, Inc. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact and to grow professionally, while contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies
    • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
    • Drive consistent and relevant traffic and leads from our online presence.
  • Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns
    • Develop, implement, and manage campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
    • Ensure budget efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.
  • Email Marketing and Content Creation
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
    • Create compelling and personalized email content, including copy, images, and CTAs, to maximize open and click-through rates.
    • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics.
    • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing regulations and best practices.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and scale email marketing efforts.
    • Create and curate engaging content for various digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital assets including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
    • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations.
    • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • General computer skills (Windows, email, internet); proficiency in MS Office and other business applications.
    • HubSpot and Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
    • Experience managing PPC, organic social media content, and email marketing.
    • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
