We're looking for a dynamic Offline Marketing Manager to expand our presence through creative ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing strategies.
Job Summary:
The Offline Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all offline marketing initiatives, with a focus on both ATL (mass media campaigns) and BTL (targeted, direct marketing) strategies. This role is crucial in driving foot traffic to the dispensary, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing customer engagement in compliance with cannabis regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- ATL Marketing:
- Plan and execute large-scale marketing campaigns (radio, TV, OOH, print media).
- Manage relationships with media agencies, negotiating contracts and overseeing campaign deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure high ROI and brand visibility.
- BTL Marketing:
- Lead targeted marketing efforts, including in-store promotions, local community events, and direct mail campaigns.
- Design and implement experiential marketing activities such as product launches, pop-up events, and workshops.
- Coordinate partnerships with local businesses and sponsorships to strengthen brand presence.
- Event Planning:
- Organize and execute local marketing events such as educational seminars, wellness workshops, and dispensary tours to create brand awareness and educate customers.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to align online and offline strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials adhere to the brand's image and message.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing activities are in strict compliance with local, state, and federal cannabis marketing regulations.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends within the cannabis industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in offline marketing with a strong focus on ATL and BTL strategies.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in media planning and buying, event management, and brand activation.
- Strong understanding of local cannabis marketing laws and regulations is a plus.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
