The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for Brokerage Services to enhance our exceptional Inside Sales team. This role can be performed remotely, focusing on the Great Lakes Region, and we welcome applications from across the nation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will engage new clients, drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives, and foster enduring customer relationships within their designated territory. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is highly desirable, as performance will be evaluated against these benchmarks. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact customer satisfaction and retention in a pioneering SaaS company within the freight analytics space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage new clients to ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Act as a strategic partner in the success of our clients.
  • Assess the size of client operations and the competitive landscape.
  • Identify how frequently clients utilize DAT services and their success metrics.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients at DAT.
  • Introduce additional DAT products and solutions that align with client success.
  • Leverage established relationships to maintain client loyalty.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and facilitate sales discussions.
  • Develop client relationships through proactive outreach.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Account Management.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficient in initiating conversations and closing sales.
  • Exceptional listening skills to identify the best solutions for clients.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to adhere to established processes and protocols.
  • Quick learner with a comprehensive understanding of DAT products, features, and pricing.
  • Commitment to teamwork and attendance reliability.
