Compensation: $22 - $25+ per hour (Base + Commission)

Our compensation model combines a base hourly wage, individual and team performance incentives, along with additional earnings for specific installations and repairs. We guarantee a minimum pay of $22.00 per hour during your initial six months to ensure you have ample time to master our operations. If your performance exceeds the guaranteed minimum in this period, your earnings will reflect that. Top-performing sales associates can earn over $25 per hour.


Weekend Shift Premium: Working weekends is essential in retail. We offer a $2 per hour increase for all hours worked during weekend shifts. For overtime hours on weekends, we provide a $3 per hour increase.


Training: No prior experience with our products or services is necessary, as we will provide thorough training. A background in customer service and sales is preferred. For the first 2 to 3 weeks, you will receive dedicated one-on-one paid training.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service / Sales

  • Welcome customers, inquire about their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver comprehensive solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Utilize a technology-driven Point of Sale system for transaction processing
  • Handle inbound phone sales and service inquiries
  • Install batteries in various devices
  • Disassemble and reassemble devices for repairs
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member

Merchandising / Inventory Management

  • Maintain and manage inventory levels
  • Facilitate shipping and delivery to commercial clients
  • Ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Construct displays to promote seasonal merchandise
  • Prepare the store for daily operations

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

This position requires the associate to regularly stand, walk, and use hands for handling or touching; frequently talk, hear, and lift up to 50 pounds; and occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach above shoulders, and lift more than 50 pounds.

The associate will regularly use electrical cables, simple hand tools, a magnifying glass, spot welders, automotive and electronic testing equipment, as well as standard office equipment like phones, faxes, computers, and printers.

While performing the responsibilities of this position, the associate may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, and the risk of electrical shock.

Protective clothing and/or equipment used in this position includes goggles, gloves, and steel-toed shoes.
