Key Responsibilities:


• Strategically plan, execute, and oversee trade shows and brand activations that highlight our products and services, generate leads, and bolster our brand recognition and reputation.
• Research and pinpoint relevant trade shows and exhibitions that align with our business objectives and target demographics.
• Negotiate contracts and fees with trade show organizers and vendors.
• Coordinate logistics, booth design, equipment, materials, and staffing.
• Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and reports for each event.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product development, engineering, customers, and partners.
• Ensure adherence to trade show regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

• Measure and report on the effectiveness and ROI of events, trade shows, and brand activations, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.

• Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the event, trade show, and brand experience sectors, identifying new opportunities and innovations for our organization.


Qualifications That Stand Out:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event management, trade shows, and brand experience, preferably in a B2B context.

• Proven success in planning, executing, and managing impactful customer events, trade shows, and brand activations that yield results and ROI.

• Strong project management, budget oversight, vendor management, and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness and capacity to travel frequently within the US and occasionally internationally.
