Based in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, Drees operates across ten metropolitan regions, including Greater Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio; Austin, Dallas, and Houston, Texas; Indianapolis, Indiana; Jacksonville, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities
BUILD YOUR FUTURE IN SALES
We are in search of a motivated and personable professional to fill the role of New Home Sales Representative within our Build on Your Lot Division in the Cleveland, OH area.
The primary goal of this position is to effectively market and sell Drees Homes' Build on Your Lot program. This initiative empowers our clients to construct their ideal home from our award-winning selection of designs, tailored to their chosen location. Whether clients possess a lot, require assistance in locating a site, or have a specific property in mind, the new home sales representative, along with a dedicated team, will provide guidance and support throughout the entire process. This role will be conducted off-site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market and sell the company's offerings in alignment with corporate policies, achieving or surpassing established sales targets.
- Familiarize oneself with and utilize all sales documentation, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents through marketing efforts, regular office visits, and follow-up communications.
- Participate in or organize events to promote the company's offerings.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range.
- Assist clients in selecting home sites, house plans, and structural options.
- Engage in weekly sales meetings to strategize and share insights.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.

- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Proficient closing skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements:
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Proven sales experience is essential.
- Experience in new home sales is required.
- An Associate's Degree is necessary, with a focus in a related field being ideal.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, ideally in a related field.
This position offers potential weekend hours and excellent earning opportunities, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes profit sharing and 401(k) plans.
Compensation for this role is commission-based, determined solely by the individual Sales Representative's performance.
