Key Responsibilities

Drees Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Representative for our Cleveland Division. In this role, you will oversee the sales and finalization of new single-family homes within designated communities, ensuring a seamless home buying experience for our clients. We are in search of results-oriented individuals eager to turn clients' dream homes into reality.

Primary Duties:

  • Promote and sell the company's offerings in alignment with corporate policies while achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Familiarize yourself with all sales documentation, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents through marketing efforts, regular office visits, and follow-ups via phone and email.
  • Participate in or host promotional events.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range, neighborhoods, and local amenities.
  • Welcome prospective clients and showcase model homes.
  • Ensure model home sites are well-kept and visually appealing.
  • Assist clients in selecting home sites, architectural plans, and structural options.
  • Engage in weekly sales meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Experience in new home sales is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
