About the Role

This position is responsible for providing design support primarily in project administration, design development, and contract documents.

Key responsibilities include creating construction documents (CDs), managing project administration budgets, and ensuring adherence to firm standards and codes.

A minimum of 5 years' work experience on corporate interior design projects, preferably Federal and/or DOD markets, is required.

Education: Graduate of architecture or design school. Equivalent experience may be substituted.

  • Create construction documents (CDs) and review them to ensure compliance with firm standards, mechanical, building systems, codes, and ADA requirements.
  • Manage project administration budgets for assigned projects and ensure adherence to set budget.
  • Conduct client interviews to determine technical requirements for the design.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent documentation and field observational skills, as well as advanced Revit skills.
