Job Overview

Vets Hired is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our team. This role involves leading architectural project teams to deliver high-quality implementation documents, managing resources, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage production schedules, including defining deadlines and meeting requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate implementation documents, ensuring they meet quality expectations and standards.
  • Manage technical resolution and coordination for assigned project portions, incorporating engineering systems and resolving requests for information.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, public agencies, consultants, and contractors to adjust scope of services and obtain approvals.
  • Present design concepts, prepare client presentations, and perform product research to assist project designers.
  • Oversee application of products and materials available on the market, promoting best practices.
  • Lead team meetings, attend on-site visits, and document project issues, technical concerns, and coordination with other disciplines.
Requirements
  • Accredited professional degree in Architecture
  • Architectural Registration required
  • Typically 8+ years of experience
  • Sustainable design accreditation preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems, accessibility guidelines, and QA/QC process
