Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Chenega MIOS SBU. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee construction projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the project team, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate and manage all aspects of the project.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality plans.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and quality assurance documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • At least 10 years' experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices, including safety protocols and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Secret clearance required.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
