Architectural Design Lead

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work with project leadership and design teams to manage projects throughout all phases of design. This role involves applying technical professional proficiency to create innovative design solutions for architectural problems and coordinating related project activities.
The position also supports business development and presentation efforts in securing and advancing new projects. If you have experience in managing architectural projects, leading design teams, and creating innovative design solutions, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in all phases of architectural design and CAD drafting, detailing and coordination of consultants
- Expertise in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD
- Registered Architect or Candidate must be in process of completing the Architect Registration Exam (ARE)
- LEED AP is a plus
- Excellent computer skills and ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication
- Knowledgeable about building codes, ADAAG and other relevant building design criteria's applicable for projects
- Competitive salary: $105,000 - $135,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location
