Office Administrator

Apex Petroleum Corp is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office services, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

- Assign and monitor clerical functions
- Providing Historical Reference
- Define procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
- Maintaining Office Efficiency
- Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Recruitment and Training
- Recruit, select, orient, and train employees
- Office Supplies and Mail
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Company Handbook and Policies
- Maintain company handbook and policies
- Financial Management
- Paying bills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of running ADP payroll
- Excellent written English skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
