Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at the Kimpton Pittman Hotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, leading operations, and supporting the growth and development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
  • Lead and manage Front Office operations, including scheduling, training, and coaching team members.
  • Supervise and support the Front Desk team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain operational supplies, expenses, and labor costs to meet budget requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with cash and credit handling procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business results and improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
