Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Manager to join our team at QC Kinetix Dallas/Houston. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Scheduling: Confirm and schedule patient appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage the front office, including checking in and out patients, handling transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience in a reception-based role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
