Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Proposal Development: Coordinate proposal development, including scheduling, resource allocation, and content preparation.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with various teams to gather and structure content that aligns with client requirements.
  • Analyze RFPs: Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy in proposals.
  • Coordinate Proposal Reviews: Coordinate proposal reviews and approvals, track progress, and meet deadlines for timely submission.
  • Document Proposal Outcomes: Document proposal outcomes and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven federal government experience in proposal coordination.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with a record of successfully meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Proposal Management Software: Familiarity with proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Shipley Proposal Methodology: Knowledge of Shipley Proposal Methodology.
