Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Certified Surgical Technician, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective nursing care in alignment with a defined scope of practice within the operating room.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and observation.
- Scrub and assist the surgeon in the operative field.
- Manage surgical room turnover between cases.
- Collect and record relevant clinical data in the medical record.
- Collaborate consistently with the Registered Nurse in clinical decision-making.

What You Will Need:
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program as required by facility practice and state regulations; certification preferred.
- Surgical Tech Certification.
- One year of experience in an operating room setting (preferably in an ambulatory surgery center).
- Valid BCLS Certification upon employment (online certification not acceptable).
