$10K Sign-On Bonus for this Full-Time Position

Position Purpose:
As a Surgical Technologist, you will collaborate with a team to provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed clinical professional in a clinical setting.

A Surgical Technologist is responsible for the technical duties associated with the 'scrub' role throughout the surgical patient's perioperative journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the operating room and assist in patient readiness.
  • Equip rooms with necessary instruments, sutures, supplies, and machinery; manage sterile supplies and organize sterile setups for surgical procedures.
  • Conduct office tests and handle administrative tasks.
  • Assess supplies and equipment for procedures based on surgeon's preference cards.
  • Exhibit the required skills and knowledge to prepare an operating room with the appropriate tools and instruments for specific surgeries.
  • Inform the circulator of any missing or malfunctioning equipment or supplies.
  • Practice cost efficiency by utilizing only the essential supplies needed for each procedure.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Graduation from a surgical technician program is preferred.
  • BLS certification is mandatory.
