Job Description

Farha Roofing, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of building relationships and expanding client bases in the commercial construction market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with developers, real estate brokers, commercial property owners, engineers, and general contractors.
  • Generating qualified leads and providing contract proposals.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing accounts and expanding business relationships.
  • Creating and presenting proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, strong knowledge and relationships in the construction market, and a track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.

Compensation: Salary plus commission: $100,000+ 1st year; $50,000 Salary + $50,000 Commission
