Senior Account Executive

ECFX, a dynamic growth stage business, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth in regional accounts. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling ECFX's products and services to existing and new clients.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in B2B software sales, particularly in the legal services market. They will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with C-level decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in their region.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales quota attainment: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and annual sales growth for new sales.
* Sales pipeline management: Build and deliver an accurate account pipeline, ensuring a sufficient number of leads and deals are identified for short- and long-term success.
* Product knowledge and demonstrations: Maintain expertise in all ECFX products to deliver effective demonstrations, schedule and perform successful demonstrations for targeted accounts.
* Local marketing and account development: Develop territory and account plans in accordance with business objectives, develop sales strategies and key relationships with accounts.
Requirements
* 5+ years of successful B2B software sales experience in legal, with experience selling to large law firms being a plus.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
* Comprehensive understanding of the legal services marketplace, its business culture, processes, value drivers, and business operations either through sales or project management experience.
* Strong ability to demonstrate software offerings in person and on Zoom, develop innovative value propositions to maximize sales revenue, and negotiate and close under time and objective pressure.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and decision-makers, show resilience and adaptability when faced with setbacks.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
