Product Marketing Manager Job Description

AudienceView is a global leader in live events technology, and we're seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing our software products to life, partnering directly with our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop our product positioning and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create strong relationships with the entire Product organization while gaining an in-depth understanding of our software products.
  • Own the entire product (marketing) lifecycle for one of our products, including product development planning, delivering valuable insights to the Product team, and owning the feature and product launch process.
  • Develop and evolve content and collateral for Sales and Marketing that compel prospects to choose AudienceView, including taking ownership of how our product comes to life on the website, through Sales collateral like decks and one-pagers, marketing content like case-studies, client success stories, and short product-led growth videos.
  • Manage a competitive intelligence program that extends beyond knowledge transfer, and into actionable insights across our product portfolio and business types.
  • Translate our product strategy and roadmap into a compelling vision that excites internal and external stakeholders, and understand and help adapt our key product value propositions.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our current customer profile and what our ideal customer profile should be across our portfolio, and translate messaging, product features, launches, and all content and collateral to resonate with these audiences.
Requirements:
  • You are not brand new to the world of product marketing in SaaS, and you have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • You are hungry to learn and to take on more, and you're curious and capable, with a willingness to ask questions and dig deeper to find answers.
  • You're a generalist who can go deep, with the ability to analyze data in Excel, write fun and approachable copy, develop client surveys, and debate with Product about what we should build next.
Why Work at AudienceView:
  • We're a global leader in live events technology, and we're passionate about live entertainment.
  • We have amazing clients, including sports, live music, and performing arts organizations.
  • We offer excellent benefits, competitive salaries, flexible hours, remote work opportunities, and more.
  • We're a remote-first company, with a flexible work schedule and uncapped vacation and sick policy.
  • Diversity and inclusion are paramount to building our culture, and we welcome applications from qualified individuals from all backgrounds.
