Job Summary

As a Host/Hostess at The St. Regis Washington D.C., you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your role will be to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued, providing exceptional service and creating a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet guests and determine the number in their party, seating them in a clean and comfortable area
* Guide guests through the dining rooms, providing assistance and ensuring their needs are met
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to high standards of quality and safety
* Monitor seating availability, service, and guest satisfaction, reporting any concerns to management
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Ability to stand for long periods and move freely throughout the dining area
