The Henry is a part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, an ever-evolving and growing line of innovative concepts founded in 1998. Our menu is layered with a variety of elegant, yet casual dishes, and the atmosphere is bursting with charm.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Host/Hostess to join our team at The Henry. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to every guest, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Control the pace of the door, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of guests.
  • Know the menu and make genuine recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Keep the host stand clean and organized, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment, responding to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise.
  • Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems).
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays, as well as fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of upscale host experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to stand for long periods, and capacity to lift up to 25 pounds.
