- Phone Shops and Reservations: Convert phone shops to reservations and rentals.

- Post-Rental Inquiries: Assist customers with various post-rental inquiries that involve the rental and billing process.
- Sales Opportunities: View every customer contact as a sales opportunity and solicit reservations on customer service calls.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate good communication skills, both written and oral, and communicate in English clearly and proficiently.
- Competitive Drive: Have the competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Organizational Skills: Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sales and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate sales, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility: Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and work overtime as required.
- Physical Demands: Work outdoors during all weather conditions and stand for long periods of time.
- Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a record in good standing.
- Driving Ability: Ability to drive and operate vehicles.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
