Your Responsibilities:

Respond to service requests from the Service Resource Center, which includes a brief overview of equipment/system issues.

Communicate with customer representatives to identify equipment/systems challenges. Execute service and repairs on sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. This encompasses various types, including wet (steel, copper, and CPVC), dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.

Adhere to established troubleshooting protocols and consult technical manuals, part manuals, change notices, and bulletins to accurately diagnose and rectify equipment issues.

Interpret diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by maintaining clear communication with district staff and clients to ensure complete satisfaction. Complete Service Acknowledgements electronically with appropriate coding and secure customer signatures. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
What We Seek:


3-5 years of proven experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry, specializing in service and repair of Sprinkler and Suppression systems. High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 50-70 lbs.


Able to work in challenging and sometimes unconventional positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, as well as working in ducts, crawl spaces, and above ceilings.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs.

Occasional overnight travel may be necessary. Exhibit a high standard of customer service.
Commitment to adhering to, implementing, and consistently following safety protocols and procedures. Strong organizational abilities, a positive outlook, and a capacity for rapid learning. Possession of a valid driver's license and a driving record that aligns with company standards.
