Key Responsibilities- Sales and Service: Sell fire protection services and products to customers, identifying prospects and presenting sales presentations and proposals to secure new business.
- Lead Generation: Utilize creative lead generating techniques to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical Skills: Inspect, service, and install fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and exit/emergency lighting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Administrative Tasks: Process work orders, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficient computer skills in Windows-based software and MS Office 2000 or higher, strong analytical and mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Must be in good physical condition, able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, and willing to work outdoors in inclement weather.
