Job Summary

The Vice President of Sales is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing strategic Sales and Marketing programs to drive growth and client loyalty. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and client acquisition.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and communicate business strategies.
  • Manage and oversee marketing data and analytics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and client loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • BA or BS in business or marketing, with a focus on sales and marketing.
