Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and merchandise Frito-Lay products to local stores
  • Build relationships with store managers to increase sales and promote products
  • Unload orders, maintain records, and perform other duties as required
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain additional licenses or endorsements as required
  • Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
