Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with order preparation and placement, as well as provide support after the order has been fulfilled.
- Process and enter incoming orders from assigned territories in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle customer calls and inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Work closely with various departments, including Applications Engineering, After-Sales, Scheduling, Purchasing, Quality, Service Parts, and Compliance, to service customers.
- Utilize Dynamics 365 to respond to inquiries, take phone calls, review special discounts, create cases, and convert to leads.
- Manage and prioritize the movement of orders on shipment schedules.
- Manage commercial documents and other documents as needed for shipments, including invoices, packing slips, letter of credit documents, and certificates of origin.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to all customer and field sales inquiries, order placement, customer complaints, and other inquiries.
- Participate in a team approach to selling to key accounts, working as a cohesive group to increase sales through customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma required; three years of experience assisting customers and/or training preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards operating system and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar customer service platform a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
