Customer Service Representative

At 84 Lumber, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our region, you will be responsible for all administrative and customer service related duties. Your primary focus will be on office organization, invoicing, sales support, product delivery, and general customer service. You will also be responsible for reconciling POs, monitoring quote schedules, and performing daily/monthly number reporting. Additionally, you will resolve complaints, back-charges, and short pays in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative and customer service related duties

* Office organization and maintenance

* Invoicing and sales support

* Product delivery and customer service

* Reconciliation of POs and monitoring of quote schedules

* Daily and monthly number reporting

* Resolution of complaints, back-charges, and short pays

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong organizational and time management skills
