Quick Med Claims is a leading provider of emergency medical transportation billing and reimbursement services. We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Specialist I to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Patient Services Specialist I, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to voicemails, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first call resolution and navigate multiple systems to resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Manage all calls in a timely manner, consistently with quality and proficiency
  • Build rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
  • Resolve complaints, problems, and inquiry issues to client/patient satisfaction
  • Verify/Collect demographics and update as necessary within system

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, Associates degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred
  • Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
