Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, payments, and client communication
- Collaborate with the Camp Counselor team to ensure seamless client experiences
- Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment for our furry friends
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
