We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Aloft Tulsa. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and provide directions
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
• Process payments and handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations
**Requirements**
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
