Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative/Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of sales engagement platforms and automation tools
