**Job Title:** Ag Complex/College Farm

**Job Type:** Part-Time, Non-Exempt

**Salary and Benefits:** $11.50 per hour, no fringe benefits.

**Location:** Norfolk, NE

**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist with daily activities and tasks at the agriculture complex and college farm.

• Operate farm equipment and maintain a working knowledge of livestock operations.

• Work independently, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service.

• Lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver's license.

**Requirements:**

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to flexible scheduling to accommodate class schedules and various activities.

• Some weekend and evening shifts may be scheduled.

**Working Conditions:**

• Work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
