Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Motion Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide business operations support to a corporate real estate brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the team.
  • Establish and maintain accurate record-keeping and filing systems.
  • Manage calendars, contact databases, and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including research, data entry, and mail coordination.
  • Process expense reports and reconcile receipts for the team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills and CRM experience preferred.
