Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Elliot Health System, a leading healthcare provider in Southern New Hampshire, is seeking a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team. Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a 30-bed private and semi-private unit focused on family-centered care, offering developmental screening, nutritional counseling, and integrative medicine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Neonatology team to create, implement, and coordinate a plan of care for each high-risk newborn.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, education, and support to patients and families.
  • Participate in the Vermont Oxford Network and Team STEPPS to ensure best patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in neonatal care.
Requirements:
  • Board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
  • Previous experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner preferred.
  • Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Eligibility for a New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Eligibility for a Federal DEA Certificate.
